We provide a platform that enables members of the African diaspora to manage personal and family projects back home by connecting them with vetted local suppliers, structuring milestone-based payments, and providing progress updates.
By creating an account or using our website, mobile application, or related services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
A customer funding a project via the Platform.
A vetted local service provider offering services through the Platform.
A job created by a Client (e.g., construction, renovation, farming).
Work stages agreed between Client and Supplier, verified before payments are released.
All information you provide to us, including personal data.
You must be at least 18 years old.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Suppliers and service providers must pass our vetting and verification process before being listed.
MyGround Crew acts as a project coordination and payment facilitation service.
We are not an intermediary or direct provider of the services you purchase.
Our role is to facilitate connections, verify milestones, manage payments securely, and provide project management services when necessary.
You must create an account to use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments are structured around verified project milestones to ensure transparency and reduce risk.
All payments are processed securely through our platform using trusted payment partners.
Funds are released to suppliers only when verified milestones are completed to your satisfaction.
We have a documented dispute resolution process with a clear escalation path. Funds remain secured until resolution, protecting both client and supplier interests.
We encourage direct communication between parties to resolve issues.
If direct resolution fails, our team will mediate and provide a fair resolution.
While we vet suppliers, we cannot guarantee the quality of work performed. The contract is between you and the supplier.
We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
